The development site is located in Seniava. It comprises 4 plots for housing of 13.02 ares, 12.53 ares, 12.27 ares and 6.62 ares.

It is in a quiet area which is close both to Kaunas city centre, 6 kilometres, and only 3 kilometres to the town of Garliava. A planned state road close to the site will provide excellent access to Kaunas.

The area is designated for private housing and several sites are currently going through the planning process.

All local infrastructure and utilities are planned for the area. Electricity supply has almost been completed and gas, mains water and sewerage will be installed in due course.
