SITE DESCRIPTION:

The Mastaicia development site is located very close to the main A5 and A130 roads. It is 14 kilometres to Kaunas City Centre and only 2 kilometres to Garliava.
The site is made up of 3 adjacent plots of land of 0.80 hectare + 0.80 hectare + 0.7517 hectares totalling 2.3517 hectares and is located in a quiet and excellent position bordering the Mastaiciai forest.

The general area surrounding the site has already been developed with good quality housing and apartments, and all main infrastructure including electricity , gas and water are within 300 metres of the site.

Currently the 3 land plots have not yet been submitted for planning. However, all the sites are within the designated residential planning zone and have the potential for the development of houses and apartments next to the forest area.
