SITE DESCRIPTION:

The Kampiskiai development site is located on the A5 Kaunas to Marijampole Via Baltic road. It is 16 kilometres to Kaunas City Centre and falls within the Kaunas administrative area.

The site is divided into two parts, one for residential and the other for commercial use.

Residential Site:

The residential part of the site comprises of 4 housing plots each of 16.84 ares. Each plot is large enough to build either a single house or 2 apartments. As the plots are large, it would also be possible to construct additional outhouses if required. There will be a good access road.

Commercial Site:

The commercial plot comprises 64.81 ares. Its location on the A5 makes it an attractive site for use for trading, services, storage, workshops, or as showrooms. A generous access road and car parking has been designed for the site.
